Abden House

A grand Scottish baronial mansion, Abden House offers magnificent views over beautiful gardens to Arthur's Seats, Edinburgh 's ancient volcano. Inside, there are three equally impressive rooms with period flourishes, each of which would make an ideal venue for a wide variety of dining occasions.

The principal room in Abden House is the Drawing Room, a generous, yet intimate, room that can accommodate up to 50 guests. The equally ornate Dining Room can host smaller parties of up to 20. But it is the beautiful gardens that are perhaps the biggest attraction of Abden House. Surrounded by mature trees, with unspoilt views to Arthur's Seat, these gardens feel as if they're in the heart of the countryside, rather than in middle of a capital city. When booking Abden House, guests can receive exclusive use of the entire mansion and these stunning gardens. Naturally, they make the ideal setting for marqueed events and summer drinks parties.
